ARQ AI

ARQ AI helps you understand your plan, organize information, and prepare updates for review — all through a simple chat.

• Ask ARQ AI about training, nutrition, scheduling, or recruiting.
• Bring uploaded material into the conversation.
• Every approved change returns a visible confirmation in the activity log.
• Use undo where the change supports it.

ARQ AI is ARCQTYPE’s built-in AI assistant. It helps athletes organize plans, understand their information, and prepare approved updates, working alongside their human coach.

Athlete app · Every lift, drill, and meal

We optimize your training methods

• Education with every session: why it is there.
• Nutrition beside training: snap a photo for a calorie estimate or scan a barcode.

Athlete app · Feed, Activity, Community

Socials

Made by athletes, for athletes: a feed for the people inside the athlete’s ecosystem, not the whole internet — with @handles, lift numbers marked Unverified until video lift verification launches, and privacy that defaults to private.

• A feed from the people you follow: photos, videos, completed workouts, and challenges, with likes and hashtags.
• Community crews, leaderboards, and achievements beside the feed; a post stays with its author, never reposted.
• A lift or PR shows its number marked Unverified until video lift verification launches.
• One @handle per role, guardian consent tiers for 13–17, and private-by-default adult profiles.
